The Web applications have an overwhelming influence on all aspects of the human society world wide, such as politics, economy, science, technology, culture and life. HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) has contributed a lot to it, the most popular content on the Internet is described by the HTML, and the typical network device is personal computer. However, to implement the Internet connection task of"anybody, anytime, anyplace, anyway", some non-PC devices, such as TV and mobile device will be the popular network devices in the future.
