Design And Implementation Of B/S Architected Graphical Network Management System

To Improve the development efficient, enrich the functions of of network management system, this dissertation researches the architecture and development technologies of network management system. The NM system designed by this dissertation is deployed into the Union-Charging platform of Telecommunication Corporation.In respect of the network management architecture, the dissertation analyzed currently essential network management system model, specially emphasized to analyze the target network environment of general network management system. The dissertation includes general network management system characteristics, system framework and necessary functions.In respect of the general network management system design, the dissertation tightly grasps both the backstage data collectting and the forestage UI of network management. This dissertation researches the key design problems such as core data model and data collection algorithm.At engineering practise part, The dissertation particularly implement the SVG and AJAX technique that carries out the graphical topo; after that, four kinds of devices data collection methods, the SNMP trap, SNMP round inquires, the Ping round inquire, the Telnet round inquire, are implemented. The dissertation concludes and resolves the programming problems such as communication between different models, multi-thread programming and SNMP configuration steps on client machines.The general network management system design by this dissertation can directly used in telecommunication charging platforms and is helpful for designs of other similar small-scaled network management system.
