Field-bus is connected intelligent field devices and automation systems all-digital, bi-directional, multi-station communication system. In this paper, the automobile coating production line as the research object in order to build coating production line automatic monitoring system as the target, the relevant control technology research, and design and development of the corresponding control systems, algorithms and software to achieve the right coating production line monitoring and control functions.First, the studies based on field bus painting production line to build automated monitoring system bus technology. The study features including field-bus, the network model, bus protocol, and several other aspects. Secondly, the design of the synchronous operation of the electric drive control system, change the original mechanical drive shaft synchronous operation control method, through the PLC as an algorithm controller, inverter-driven AC induction motor using a low-cost program. Based on the hardware program, and design constraints under the condition of the actual PID control algorithm to achieve reproduced at the synchronous operation control. Second, for how to improve the lift speed regulating device in the smooth running, safety and efficiency issues, analyze the work of the lift characteristics of the process to establish timing relationships between the various operating parameters of PID tuning parameters are, in the scene of motor performance parameters of the test results are analyzed, and hoist system, speed variable frequency vector control performance is analyzed.
