| Motion control technology plays an important role in the field of manufacturing. Its development will greatly enhance the overall level of modern manufacturing. The research of motion control system will play an important role in enhancing the overall performance motion control system, promoting upgrading of products, reliability.This article analysis the basic motion control system theory and methods to design a set of embedded motion control system. This system has the function including target trajectory input and display, motion control planning and the device will achieve its objectives trajectory output through the implementation stepper motor and mechanical devices. The system also uses the latest ARM processor Cortex-M3 andμC/OS-II operating system to build the platform.Motion planning is a central of a motion control system. Firstly the system designs a new stepper acceleration and deceleration algorithm to control the stepper motor based on its features. The system innovatively designs a trajectory planning algorithm for planning an arbitrary curve motion control too. It is running with good results. On the hardware design, system adopts FTDI's chip FT2232D. As a result, with only a USB cable, the system can realize the control system power supply,download the program to LM3S1138 and the LM3S1138 bilateral communication with the Host Computer, which greatly simplifies the design of the circuit. The motion control results are also verified by experimental device. The article also includes simulation drawn of trajectories and simulation analysis of two-axis rate decomposition. |
