Implementation Of Data Sharing Between "3 In 1" System And ERP In Shengli Oilfield

After enterprise applies ERP, other information systems compatible with the ERP is a problem to be faced. Both general of the underlying data and operational business applications must be guaranteed operational. Now all enterprises applies ERP in our country have their own set of integrated ERP and other systems programs. But these so many programs may not be able to achieve the balance between effectiveness and cost. After Shengli Oilfield applied the ERP, non-listed companies do not have permission to apply the ERP. Their data and business all process by the "3 in 1" system. So in order to integrate the system most cost-effectively, it is important to study a set of optimization program.This paper proposes a program which applies XI to achieve unity of interoperability between ERP and"3 in 1"at this stage in the Shengli oilfield. The program uses SAP XI to connect the"3 in 1".The same company produced SAP XI and SAP ERP, so their compatibility of the ERP is very good. XI could well adapt to a variety of structural systems. Therefore XI used in ERP butt of many projects.There are many advantages of SAP XI that is used to make a interface between ERP and"3 in 1".First,it can not only exchange data but also correct errors at any time by XI own tools that can monitor data flow. Second, enterprise can access a wealth of SAP industry knowledge by XI pre-configured business process model. Finally, because it can support XML, WSDL, and SOAP standards by SAP various systems that were integrated by XI, it is convenient to advance module based ERP in the future. Thanks to integration between ERP and"3 in 1"by XI , we have completed this task very well. It was proved very successful in this development which can ensure running well of Shengli Oilfield business by stable operation of the interface.
