Mechanical scanning system is one of the core components of ICT device. It must realize the translation, rotation, up and down of detection workpiece. Meanwhile, it also feedback the pulse of motion position real-timely in order to correct the real position and control the data acquisition in scanning process. The parameter setting of mechanical system affects immediately the penetration path of X-ray in sampling object. So the CT projection and reconstructed image quality are inflected. So the achievement of the mechanical system simulation can offer a certain theoretical guidance for mechanical parameter setting of CT system. At present, scanning mode simulation is researched about mechanical system simulation of virtual CT system. The simulation on mechanical position errors isn't studied. It couldn't supply the prior information for actual CT experiments and the foreseeability about CT artifacts is deficient.In this article it mainly studies the influence of the mechanical reconstructed image quality on base of the conventional CT scanning mode. It researches the modeling and simulation for the X-ray source location, workpiece position and orientation of mechanical position errors. The mechanical runout simulation algorithm is proposed based on the data analysis of mechanical runout of rotating platform. It achieves the CT projection simulation of mechanical runout. Finally, the scan model, mechanical positioning error model and runout model is verified through the simulation experiments. The simulation method of mechanical system is feasible .It can provide reliable data support for parameter's presupposition of mechanical system of CT. And it can provide prior information for analysis and correction of image artifacts of CT. Simulation model established in this article is simple, effective and feasibility.
