Design And Implement Of Neusoft HIS Message System

The system that implemented and designed in this thesis is a sub-system of Neusoft HIS (Hospital Information System), it build an efficient and reliable bridge between others sub-systems of Neusoft HIS. This sub-system can reduce complexity of operation in some Neusoft HIS interface and quantity of connection to database and network resource and improves Neusoft HIS efficient.In the thesis, analyzing the architecture and running environments of Neusoft HIS, and introducing MSMQ (Microsoft Message Queue) that is a MOM (Message-Oriented Middleware) to develop a sub-system. Using MSMQ HTTP transport features to resolve the problem that message transport at internet, using MSMQ Real-Time Messaging Multicast features to resolve the problem that multicast message, and using MSMQ trigger features to resolve the problem that distribute notices and bulletin,close Neusoft HIS and restart Neusoft HIS and so on. Besides MSMQ, using RTF (Rich Text Format) to transport messages that contain text and pictures, using XML to save history recorders and so on. Additionally, using VS.NET 2005 as development tool to develop the sub-system, it strong development ability and MSMQ integration that create favorable conditions for developing the sub-system.The application of Message System that not only improves Neusoft HIS efficiently, but also makes operation easily and enhances the Neusoft HIS functions.
