As a very important part in the development of military modernization, logistics material support is being paid more and more attention. How to change the traditional management mode which needs considerable human resource and to ensure the logistics management with high performance and order is being the necessary requirement in the development of military modernization.With the development of the times, the computer information management system is widely used and generalized in all fields. This thesis combines to the status of logistics material support, connects to the development of future closely, and constructs the logistics management system from reality. This thesis has discussed the design and implement of various types of sub-module in detail, and has realized doing the introduction to the actual development of the application program especially. This system uses based on three B/S system structure, Chooses the Visual C++6.0 programming language and Microsoft SQL which object-oriented is easy to expand the Server 2000 databases take the system development kit. This thesis constructs the logistics management system and completes functions of the main four modules in logistics management system with SQL Server 2000 as a database platform. These modules are basic information module, daily business management module, statistics query module and system query module.In this thesis the system development background, the social demand and the realization significance are mentioned firstly. Then the system design and the implementation of the target system are introduced with emphasis. In the part of system design, the whole scheme is proposed on the system realization goal, the realization mentality and the system analysis; in particular, the function design and the database design of the system are given detailed description. In the part of system implementation, methods are introduced about how to implement each module of the system. Finally, an objective evaluation of the system is made by carrying out a comprehensive system testing, and a scheme of optimization is put forward considering the defects of the system detected in the testing in this thesis.
