E-commerce is an economic activity based on the web. With the rapid development and popularity of the Internet,it has developed very quickly in recent years. Virtual display of commodities is an important content of e-commerce sites. It is confined by the HTML language and other conditions, so the approach of information display is limited to use the pictures, text description and so forth. It can only provide two-dimension effect, so consumers know a little about the goods function, and have little interest .It stops the consumers from making the purchase decisions, reduces the rate of successful online business transactions. Combination of e-commerce and virtual reality contributes to the presentation of three-dimension information of commodities,and solves the realistic constraints on the development of e-commerce, which brings unparalleled advantage in the network marketing effect.In order to resolve the limitations of two-dimension existing in current e-commerce display, virtual reality technology is introduced into e-commerce in this paper, which enables online virtual display technology to improve further. Through studying and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of virtual reality technology, the virtual reality technology-Virtools is used as a key technology for displaying virtual commodities in this paper.This paper contains construction of three-dimension model and the mall , inveracity of commodities, mall roaming, as well as web publishing technologies, and then constructs a virtual mall site, where consumers can roam and watch the virtual mall causally. If consumers need to learn more about the information of commodities, they can manipulate the commodities model interactively, consumers can achieve the effect of alternant presentation of virtual mall roaming and commodity that is based on the Internet. Virtual mall roaming and commodities display based on web can be achieved. It is a new program about commodities displayed on web, and a new concept and some feasible solutions about the application of virtual reality in display platforms.The ideas about the construction of three-dimension model in the mall and commodities, inveracity of commodities, mall roaming is put forward and basically solves problems about new technology in this paper.
