Therefore, it's very important to establish one model which is able to accurately reflect entire IP network's quality of service.This thesis has summarized the mobile communication network evolution, described the plan of new generation entire IP network and the construction idea, introduced the concept and the method of the model and simulation of entire IP network's quality of service, and elaborated the using of OPNET software's.This thesis makes use of the OPNET software platform to come true the modeling and simulating to service quality of entire IP network. By simulation's result, we have also reached the meaningful conclusion.
