Design And Development Of Stock -sell-storage Management System For Small And Medium-sized Household Electrical Appliance Enterprises

With the popular implementation of computers and development of information technology, the internet coverage area expands unceasingly and the enterprise informationization is getting faster. As an important part of it, stock-sell-storage management system also attracts more attention. By logistics data information handling in time and also effective management of stocking business, marketing network and material storage, the capital in stock-sell-storage management will be cut down, material in stock can be controlled reasonablely, capital turnover will be expedited and purchase cost will be reduced. Further more, by introducing advanced management ideas into informationization software, enterprise informationization can be accelerated and data of stock-sell-storage and production can be acquired at any moment, which will realize integration of material flow, information flow and capital flow management and reasonable decision-making, facilitate plan executing and management system standardization.In view of the existing purchase-sell-stock management system cannot satisfy the demand of small and medium-sized enterprises very well, this paper carries on the following research. First, advantages and disadvantages of some structures of management information system and developing technologies for them are analyzed and Browser/Server structure and SQL Server is adopted, which is lower-cost and convenient to maintain. Then, a series of stock-sell-storage management flows for small and medium-sized household electrical appliance are elaborated in detail, including stock, sell, storage and product and their orders. Also, data structure model is established and data access/ security are also illustrated to ensure data correctness and response speed of the system. The system is realized using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET2003 and Microsoft SQL SERVER 2000, which enable users that in different location or using different operating systems to work together. The Application of the system not only realizes the informationization of stock-sell-storage, but also realizes data sharing in different departments, by which reducing operating cost, cutting circulating time, upgrading responding speed and competitive strength are underpinned.
