With the improvement of economic globalization, the fast and effective enterprise information management system is undoubtedly one of the most effective methods to improve competitiveness for enterprises who facing fierce competition. However, as the transition of enterprise’s business methods and designment, the nucleus purchase-sell-stock designment system could’t follow the speed of the development, purchase-sell-stock management system based on efficient database system has become an urgent and immediate needs of the field of enterprise information.Modern enterprises enhance their competitiveness by developing their branches in different regions, so for the corporate headquarters, the integrated management of the branches has become particularly important. In DDBS, data is redundant store, so we can get the local data rather than ask for the remote data, thereby decrease the cost of sending data, reduce the time to apply, and if there are some wrongs on site or network, can make the work go as usual and the system safer and more reliability. By the studying of DDBS and reasonable partition and allocation of data, we used SQL Server2008, JSP, Tomcat and so on to design and build a purchase-sell-stock management system based on distributed database. The system consists of a headquarters purchase-sell-stock management system and a division one, the system is one management in the world for information, and the division management system is for a branch’s information management on its web site. Between the headquarters and branches, data maintains real-time consistency, which ensures a fast and reliable purchase-sell-stock management system contains of data management, procurement management, sales management, inventory management and other functions.System analysis and tests indicate that the system is well designed and functions well. It not only improves the efficiency of managers who work in chain enterprises, but also solves the limitations of the centralized purchase-sell-stock management system.
