The Design And Inplementation Of Purchase-sell-stock Management System In Yuan Yuan Surpermarket

Yuan Yuan Supermarket is a small supermarket. Based on its economic strength and the particularity of supermarkets, managers need a system of information management urgently to control the economic costs as well as realize the relaxed and efficient management of the supermarket. In this context, the author designs a purchase-sell-stock management system for Yuan Yuan Supermarket through Visual studio 2005, C# and SQL Server 2005 according to the professional knowledge of computer software and information management.This thesis falls into seven chapters. The first chapter introduces the significance of this study, the problems to be solved and the current situation of researches on management system abroad and at home. The second chapter analyzes the demands of the purchase-sell-stock management system of a supermarket. The third chapter gives a survey of this system. The fourth chapter designs this system in detail. The fifth chapter is the realization of this system. The sixth chapter is the test of this system. The seventh chapter draws a conclusion. From the contents of system, the specific functions of this system include five modules: the basic file management, the purchase management, the sale management, the stock management and the system maintenance. The basic file management includes the management of commodity information, vendor information and employee information which achieves the operations of adding, modifying and deleting the information of commodities, suppliers and employees. The purchase management includes the query of commodities and the management of commodity information and purchase information which achieves the operations of adding, modifying, deleting and inquiring the information of purchase and commodities. The sale management includes sales information, sales management and returns management of commodities which achieves the operations of adding, modifying and deleting the information of sales and returns. The stock management includes the management of stock alarm and stock query which achieves the operations of alarming the insufficient quantity stock commodities and inquiring stock commodities. The system maintenance management achieves the operations of database backup and restoration, in order to avoid data loss and error deletion.After the operation and test, it turns out that this system has achieved the desired goal and can meet the practical needs for its stability, reliability, convenience of operation and quickness of information processing.
