| Mass Customization not only maximum satisfy customers'demands,but also customize product in the high-quality,highly efficient and low-cost way. How to generate product configutation solution efficently and Intelligently,and how to product configutation are the main content of mass customization's realization. However, there are some superiorities in existing product configuration methods,but there are still weakness in Existing product configuration methods.A product configuration methods based on ontology is proposed in the background of ceramic product—tea set product configuration design,and its knowledge model and solution strategy are proposed, too. Firstly,according to the analyses of the current research of product configuration, a problem in domestic product configuration were proposed,and researching goals of the artile were defined. Then,ontology were explain detailed,and shared,reusable and stronger expression in product configuration system were illustrated. Next,the key techonlogy in the product configuration system based on ontology were analyzed stessly,primarily include: how to construte ontology, function of the Jena in the product configuration design and semantic reasoning based on ontology. In the support of these key techonlogies, product configuration system based on ontology was designed, the model frame of product configuration system based on ontology was proposed, developed tea set field ontology in the use of Protégé, and In the support of general rule reasoning and logical reasoning, applying semantic search and rule reasoning based on ontology, the solution of product configuration design are realized.Finally, on the basis of the theory analyzed, the tea set product configuration system which integrates the function of semantic reasoning and retrieval based on ontology was developed, and the process of tea set product configuration was introduced, through the experiment, the feasibility of research content were verified in the article. |
