With the growth of data and the increasing demand of users,because the lack of description of film and TV information or some information noise,resulting in many film and television information has many incomplete and inaccurate information such as the uncertainty of the situation,the use of traditional machine learning algorithm in text analysis algorithm based on semantic is also difficult to obtain good retrieval results.Therefore,whether in the form of a natural language description of the demand in the field of information retrieval and knowledge,description of the video information from the semantic point of view,the relevance of retrieval and imprecise reasoning has become the starting point of this study.First of all,Tim Berners Lee proposed the introduction of ontology in the next generation of the Internet,the computer can understand the meaning of web resources,so this paper uses the ontology based on video information,through the analysis of the uncertainty,by using the method of multiple factor non normalized probability measure the uncertainty of ontology which can better reflects the concept of semantic relation between the strength.Secondly,this paper focus on the semantic retrieval of uncertain ontology and abandon the traditional keyword-frequency search method.We try to use the spreading activation algorithm improved the threshold constraint relationship of ontology retrieval.The threshold is used to constrain the search,and the semantic association effects of the object attributes is proposed.This method complements the diffusion range of the activation diffusion algorithm.Finally,the inexact reasoning about semantics,based on the combination of LDA model and traditional logic reasoning,according to the description information of video resources to find new relationships between concepts and concepts,concepts and instances,instances and instances.And through the case,this paper illustrates the key technologies of ontology uncertainty measurement,uncertain semantic retrieval and reasoning,and summarizes the related research.
