Automatic temperature control technology is one modern engineering technology that advances with development in technologies like automatic testing, process control, communication and computers. It is the combination of control science, sensor technology, signal process, control theory and computer technology. The purpose of microwave soil sterilization is to provide good growth environment for plants, so it has special demand on control system. On one hand, this is represented with high demand on system stability and reliability and sensitivity on cost; and on the other hand with its control object as being a nonlinear time-variation system with distributive parameters. Therefore, the automatic temperature control of microwave sterilization of soil is one complicate project that still has a lot of research space despite the fact that large quantity of work has been done at home and abroad.From above points of view, the paper design to control the ARM core to build a good human-computer interaction of automatic control systems, And S3C44BOX is selected as MCU of the system. The control can adjust the temperature, adjusting soil temperature and microwave frequencies, inorder to achieve best growth for the plant.The hardware design of the device, the facility of the device is chosen and the device structure and circuit of system controller is designed. As for software of the device, design the application software of automatic control system, including the main function, sampling interrupt, timer interrupt, PID control, multi-point temperature measurement. Achieved with the LED keyboard a good man-machine interface, real-time status display and check the temperature.Comprehensive use of ARM in this paper control technology, multi-point temperature of knowledge, Microwave sterilization of soil for the design of a system stability, high reliability and easy operation of the device technology for the automatic disinfection of the soil made useful attempts.
