Wire Water-cooled Automatic Temperature Control System Design And Analysis

The basical class level parameter,total-line's tracking,management,therefore, the second level can include all kind of algorithms and have more intelligence.During continuous rolling , the temperature of the wire is one of the major factors which directly affect the allocation of mill load,the dimensional precision of finished product and structure. The high speed wire rod controlled cooling technology is the key and difficulty technology。Based upon the tempertature control system of high speed mill Branch Company, Hangzhou Iron & Steel Group Corporation,this paper introducet Following contents:①the temperature controlled rolling technology and the Stelmor water cooling technology.②electrical components of temperature control system in the bascial controls;③System structure of bearing temperature measuring.④configuration both of hardware and software ,also their characteristic.Introudce the the using of cold recipe⑤detail introduce the practice of temperature,press,flowing controling;⑥detail introduce the design if HMI interface.Running result indicates : first ,the water cooling temperature automatical control system display the information of the water box in real_time . According to the setting of the cooling recipie ,system regulate the flowing of cooling water to Optimize the temperature automatical control, billet exiting temperature offset is±10℃。Second ,the bearing temperature display the temperature of each stand in real time. According to the actual using ,you can set the bearing temperature alarm value and disable the alarm..That assure the safe and continuous production.
