With the development of information and communication technology, in the aspect of image acqusition,processing,trasmission, the technology has made great progress.The electronic product with image acquisition, processing and trasnsmission have been came down to the domain of electronic power,enviroment, transport, security and many other areas. The traditional system of image capture and transmission required the installation of communication cables, it is very difficult and cost too much. In recent years, with the rapid development of wireless communication network and advance of the transmission bandwidth ana stability, it make the possible to sturdy a kind of terminal of wireless image collection. It not only meets the needs of society, but also has value.This paper in order to meet the functional requirement of wireless monitoring system,research and design a system of image data acquisition-dispose and transmitting based on Blackfin DSP. Thesis analyzes the current status and development of image acquisition,wireless transmission and made a comparision about systematic scheme on this basis. Finally the embedded technology has been selected to realizd the image collection and compression of JPEG2000,and complete the system architecture design of still image acquisition terminal combined with technology of wirelee transmission.Complete the design of image acquisiton module,memory module,wireless transmission module and cricuit of related interface based on BF533 DSP chip as a core. The API functional library of BF533 has firstly been sturdied and realize.Develope the driver of image acquisition module on OV9650 and wireless transmission module on GTM900;Sturdy the JPEG2000 standard and coding theory and develop the corresponding compressing and coding program of JPEG2000;In order to improve the compressing and coding quality, the paper made a analysis and comparision about the characteristic of three algorithms of CDF9/7,LS9/7,FLS9/11 through the Matlab simulation, the results show that elevated CDF9/7 wavelet transform is applied to different image histogram and calculates the image signal to noise ratio (PSNR value) has obvious advantages,therefore,the enhanced CDF9/7 wavelet can satisfy the design requirement of the system.After the completion of system design and realization of algorithm, a test on system has been made,during the test, the process of U-boot starting has been debugged; A kind of solution that opening up internal buffer has been proposed to solve the congestion on data bus of SDRAM; Through Matlab simulation, a kind of method of one-time scanning has been proposed in order to optimizd the time performance of muti-channel bit-plane scanning.The test results verify the system functions, indicating that its simple structure,small size,low power consumption and have great practical value.
