With the popularity of internet and information technology, network-teaching has received widespread attention by community. At the same time, with the rapid development of multimedia and Web technology, Web-based collaborative learning has become an important teaching mode for autonomic studying and school education, promoting the multiple and multi-directional interaction for teachers and students, students and students, students and groups. The Web-based collaborative learning plays an important role in cooperation capacity of its students, spirit of exploration, innovation ability and learning efficiency improvement. Thus, the deep research on the Web-based collaborative learning has important theoretical and practical significance.The research on the Web-based collaborative learning is the focus of current collaborative learning. Currently, there have been many Web collaborative learning models, which usually exist some common shortcomings, such as, unable to mobilize the students actively to learn, stimulate the students motivation to learn; inadequate intelligent, unable to realize individual teaching based on the personalities of the students. For the shortcomings above, this paper builds an incentive collaborative learning model:INC-Web collaborative learning model, which based on the related theories of collaborative learning. Firstly, by introducing multi-agent technology, this model accomplishes the collaborative learning process by student agent, group-collaboration agent, task-management agent, role-management agent and so forth, to achieve an intelligent, personalized instruction. Secondly, this model integrates incentives into it to add group-reward agent and collaborative evaluation agent. Group-reward agent realizes group-reward and group-punishment based on the overall results. Which can promote healthy competitions among groups, so that to stimulate students into the interest and maintain enthusiasm for learning. Collaborative evaluation agent achieves the evaluation of group members to help students to actively participate in collaboration and improve performance.Lastly, this paper have improved LAMS platform, given a Web Collaborative Learning implement on it and explained it through concrete examples by studying LAMS structure and technical architecture. The practical application of model based on LAMS platform shows that web collaborative learning based on LAMS can stimulate students' interest in learning, promote students to actively participate in collaboration so that to improve academic performance significantly.
