The rapid development of the information technology, especially the network technology, has brought profound changes to education. Collaborative learning under the network environment is changing the traditional ways of learning, and is increasingly becoming an important means of mastering and refreshing knowledge. The network environment provides the collaborative learners with a more favorable support, so that the learners can break through the time and space limitation, exchange and share information with each other, enhance their learning motivation, train learners'abilities of processing information and social interaction. So, there is more and more concern with the research of collaborative learning system under the network environment. Supported by computer network, by means of P2P technology, this paper puts forward PPACLS (P2P-based autonomic learning and collaborative learning system).This paper analyzes the collaborative learning network environment supported by P2P technology and gives an autonomic learning and collaborative learning P2P network model based on the super-node, and expounds the management fuction of its super-nodes, the basis fuction of its ordinary nodes, and query strategies of P2P networks and routing query strategies of repeater nodes.Then, theoretically based on learning theory of constructivist and humanism, it elaborates on the P2P-based collaborative learning process and designs PPACLS'overall structure and module function.By a comparative analysis of collaborative group differences and effects, it presents a grouping mechanism based on similarity of learning interest. With the technical support of P2P network, it designs a search algorithm on the basis of keywords of learning materials. To aimed at a large number of free-riding phenomen seriously affected the balance of resources and educing overall system performance, it expresses an an incentives mechanism base on node's contribution.The greater the contribution of the node, the easier getting to other node resources, and enjoy priority service, the smaller the contribution of the node getting fewer resources even cannot get services. It implenmts the PPACLS by using Java programme langue on the Windows platform. Finally, the PPACLS is experimented, the experiment result shows the PPACLS can improvement study score, study efficiency and study motive of learner.
