| With the rapid development of the Internet and Information Technology, IM has made rapid development in recent years. Because of its two-way and interactive means of communication, IM attracts a large number of users and provides a quick and convenient information-exchanging platform. In the market of IM, a variety of IM products are promoting,but this competive landscape often focus the application of individual users and the market of IM for enterprise-level users is still in its infancy stage.Enterprise-level users need one kind of suitable IM platform to accelerate the transfer of information and strengthen communication with the outside.However,the existing IM products can not well meet the needs of enterprise-level users'IM.So developing the IM System for enterprise-level users will become the trend of IM development,become an hotspot of Internet application and has broad market prospects.In this paper,we study and analyse the XMPP protocol and its technology. On this basis, combining with the practical application environment of IM of enterprise-level users,we design and implement the IM System based on XMPP for enterprise-level users,providing them with the exchanging of text information,file transfer and management of users used commonly capabilities and so on.In order to meet the diversity-need of IM of enterprise-level users,we refer the technology of gateway and the structure based on distributed architecture and cenralized architecture.The Gateway solve interoperability of different IM platforms,eliminate the bottleneck of IM between enterprise-level users and customers,strengthen communication with customers and let enterprise-level users keep up with needs of customers closely and master the rapid-changing information of market;Designing and implementing a Instant Messaging System based on distributed architecture which is the core of the structure,providing the information-exchanging platform for different enterprise-level suers; Considering the application environment of large enterprise,introducing centralized architecture based on distributed architecture and data synchronization mechanism based on Web Service technology to implement data synchronize between central-server and distributed sub-server,realizing the organic integration of distributed architecture and centralized architecture. |
