The Research And Realization Of Performence Test Equitment In Elevator's Rotary Encoder

The device is special equipment used for encoder performance test for sine and cosine, various types of incremental rotary encoders. In less manual intervention, The equipment can complete the rotary encoder performance test according to the relevant standards. The test process is high automation and accuracy.The control system of performance test is designed by using "IPC-PLC" hybrid control network and OPC developed in Windows. Combinating the system requirements and overall analysis, the hardware and software framework of the control system is designed.The motion control system is designed by using PLC, AC Servo and high precision encoder. It was used to provide high-precision positioning for the encoder, and make the test results more accurate.The test management system used VB as the development platform. The main achievement was managing the data test and controling process test. According to performance test conditions, it completed the test including in charge of real-time displaying of test data and related curve, completed the data analysis and processing and completed the identification of test results. After all the items tested, it generated the test report automatically according to the test content, test results and other information.Using VB, The OPC client automation interface of the control system is designed for communication between host computer and PLC. The real-time signals of testing encoder is sampled through digital scope card and counting card.To facilitate the management of test data, the database design and programming is required. The design strategy and conceptual model of database is described in this article.The collected data were connected or written to the database by using ADO objects based on Access 2003 database which as database management of the system .Testing shows that the elevator encoder performance test equipment can increase the elevator encoder standardized testing and test the efficiency of the national elevator safety, improve the quality of the elevator of great significance.
