Dsign And Implementation Of Elevator Car Roof Integrated Workstation Based On DSP

In this paper, we discuss about the design and realization of the Integrated Workstation based on the core TMS320F2812, with the surrounding function circuit. The Integrated Workstation combines the traditional Door-machine system and Lift-calling system, it is convenient for installing and maintaining, and it raise the level of the product. The Door-machine system section is based on the vector transformation algorithm, and the Lift-calling system is based on the CAN bus to communicate with the main control system.This system is mainly built-up with the switching power module, the IPM module, the DSP module, and the CAN controlling module,the vector control method makes the motion curve smooth, and the can bus provides a high-speed and reliable way to communicate. The power module is based on pwm chip and switching transformer, followed by serval power supply chips;the EEPROM is used for storing some important data;the watch module guarantees the CPU can run normally; input and output is designed in proper way.Parameter of the system is adjusted by an operator which is connected by a line based on CAN bus. The operator has its own menu and it is easy to adjust the parameter of the system.The paper firstly introduce something about elevator, and then discuss about the motor control theory and CAN bus theory, then illustrate the hardware construction of the system based on the general block diagram, and finally talk about the software design briefly. The keypoint of the system is the PMSM control and the CAN communication.Through time after time practice, almost every module is working normally, and it is proved that the Integrated Workstation is suit for field installation, and will probably be serve the market.
