| The rapid development and extensive application of information technology has promoted great changes in our society. The level of information technology has become an important symbol of a country's international competitiveness,modernization and the overall strength. Education, which is one of the most important components of the social system, also undergoes dramatic changes. In the 21st century, the construction of educational information plays an important role in international competition for our country, it is a step to promote our quality education and lifelong learning system, and what's more, a large number of high-quality, creative talent will be trained in the process.Schools in Guangzhou have got lots of software systems in recent years, and these systems played a significant role in school's development. But with the increase in the number of students, more and more problems turned up. There is no interaction between these systems, and they are inconvenient to use. In order to solve these problems and accelerate the construction of education information, Guangzhou Middleware Research Centre is commissioned by Bureau of Education of Guangzhou Municipality to develop the Education Resources Integration Platform.Highlights of this article are designs and implementations of data sharing and integration of business process.The platform provide data adapters to get through the work of data conversion and integration, and Web Services are used to accomplish the data sharing and synchronization between schools and Education Bureau. In the case of less impact on existing applications, all features of them are included in virtual components by means of reuse and packaging, and the distributed transaction mechanism is responsible for the integrity,consistency and recoverability of the platform. SSO provides users with a centralized login platform, this mechanism increases interaction of the education resources integration platform. |
