Application Research Of Tobacco Warehouse Management System Based On RFID

With the rapid development of China's real economy,people's income and living requirements,the increasing demand of cigarettes' consumption is expanding.Besides,the frequency of cigarettes' in-out stock is also speeding up at the same time.However,in the traditional tobacco logistics warehousing management,the traditional manual mode of operation is still applied to the operations of cigarettes' in-out stock.And other business operations mainly rely on hand-held bar code scanning equipment to scan into storage and by using computers inputting information.During the process of its usage,the data can not only be shared timely,but also the logistics management information can not be integrated,so that the warehousing information must fall behind the logistics and be unable to meet the "digital tobacco" on the storage management needs.This article will be based on the study of the working principle of RFID technology and the process of the traditional warehouse management,aiming to develop the RFID storage management system which can be used,analyze and discuss the application mode and system framework of RFID technology in tobacco enterprise warehousing management.By introducing RFID technology into traditional Warehousing management process,improve the management process of the acceptance of storage,in-stock and out-stock from the overall optimization.What is more,complete the design of the system structure,the system software design and the system architecture design.In order to be in accordance with the functional requirements,design five subsystems,including Pallet identification subsystem,information analysis subsystem,forklift subsystem,electronic display system and information storage forwarding subsystem.Finally,through the validation and testing of the system's function and performance,the test results show that the tobacco enterprise warehousing management system based on RFID technology not only applies to the traditional C / C ++ process,but also can be combined with the Windows platform.Therefore,it can be very good to complete the modern warehouse operation and management?Through the design and application of RFID system,a large number of repetitive mechanical labor is reduced.And the automatic collection of goods information,the degree of intelligent production,the efficiency of warehousing management,the precision and throughput of distribution have been further improved.The whole process of tracking and visual management has changed the past warehouse extensive management model to solve the problems of tobacco enterprise supply chain management,breaking the bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises to help enterprises,which can reduce operating costs and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
