An Open Platform For Operation Of Valued Added Service

To solve the problems of isolated information system and inferior intendance ability of CP/SP, the Telcom Operators hope to build an open platform for operation of value added services. This kind of system should give service providers standard interfaces for interoperation or commmunication. But a lot of problems will occure at this time. Services from different SP have different logic, so how can we handle the execution of different logic? With a hurge number of services running on the same platform, how can we ensure the stability and reliability of the system? Is there a low-cost implementation?MasterSP is designed and implemented for an open and uniform operation platform. As a platform, it must supply many common service running related stuffs to the third-party SP, use template to build business operations, use open source softwares to control cost, choose JMS based distributed architecture to make the system more stable and so on. SP Service Management System is a uniform management system for group users and business management members of CP and SP. As an information communication platform, it provides the functions of business creation and management, system management and user management.This paper establishes a web application system based on distributing system structure of J2EE, researches and implements the SP Service Management System bashed on J2EE. Adopts framework of Struts+Spring+Ibatis and platform of Eclipse, separates layers of view, business and DAO, so it can increase the potential for business layer reuse and it's extension greatly. Develop the system under this structure can lower the development complexity efectively, exaltation development efficiency, and this system which have been developed also have the characteristics of cross-platform movement, high dependable, high safety, can expand and easy maintenance etc. The system has good performance and passed the testing of the corporation. It is proved that the system is successful in both ways of framework design and feasibility.
