OVSD, the C/S structured application has been unable to meet the current needs. HP's SM7 (Service Manager 7) as an OVSD the upgrading of products, be applied to China Mobile headquarters in ITIL standards for deployment.This paper focuses on the framework of the SM7, based on the framework of ITIL standards in China Mobile's BOSS system, the headquarters of the deployment and implementation, and its share in the BOSS, some roles.
