With the accelerating pace of establish the modern hospital, oxygen generator as one of the important treatment equipments of the hospital, which has been used in a variety of fields. Oxygen generator is mainly used to provide high concentration oxygen, whose reliability and safeties are directly related to people's life security. So oxygen generator is required high reliable operation and complete function, especially for fault diagnosis and maintenance services to achieve higher levels of ability. At present, domestic oxygen generator service level mainly focus on the spot: If oxygen generator problems occur, maintenance center is notified, then assign professionals to check and eliminate malfunction.The key of eliminate malfunction in time is how to use effective technology to make oxygen generator factory timely and accurately understand the operation condition, so that they can timely access to information and analyze the cause of the accident, and timely solve it. Therefore, its development direction on the field is the remote monitoring system perfection of oxygen generator, and the settlement with maximum speed when in danger.But for the current oxygen generator, most of them are still semi-automated, and largely require specialized staff to guard, record data, and do field operations. Not only such oxygen generator waste labor and financial resources, but it is also inconvenient for hospital to maintain, and can not timely response to the fault of the machine. Therefore, it is necessary to provide auxiliary remote monitoring system to oxygen generator, realize intelligent and unmanned management. This will not only reduce the hospital labor and material's consumption, saving a large amount of money, it can also greatly improve the hospital's management level and work efficiency. Remote monitoring system has a positive role in hospital's development. More importantly, it can timely take measures to solve the emergency situation and make the losses to minimum.The paper firstly introduces background of the topic. The paper introduces domestic and international development situation of remote monitoring and control System, then introducing related technique. The paper also does further research about the general model of monitoring and control System based on C/S and B/S structure. On the foundation, the paper designed a kind of remote monitoring and control System that adopted FLEX, .NET and SQL SERVER. The system is composed of control System on LAN and monitoring system in Internet to performance some work for medical oxygen generator example: collect data, save data, control and so on.The main works of the design is adopted FLEX and .NET technology, then realize the monitoring and control System on LAN that based on C/S structure and monitoring system on Internet based on B/S structure. The system collection and disposal the run state data,alarm information and maintenance information by making use of the MCU that inside the medical oxygen generator, then through Ethernet transmit data to the monitoring and control System on LAN and monitoring system in Internet. The workers can see the state of the oxygen generator. Can send out alarm in emergency to tell workers to deal with emergencies in time, in addition ,the system also can provide the information of the device maintenance data.The monitoring system in Internet can manage the run state data,consumer information and device information to provide convenience for the consumer to query.
