MFEW System is a dynamic, multi- variable, open and complex system. There are many factors and logic relations in the evaluation. So it is difficult to evaluate the counterwork efficiency of the MFEW System. In this paper, a new model for the counterwork efficiency evaluation of MFEW system based on grey relational projection was put forward. The principle of the algorithm and some basic concepts were introduced. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed evaluation model and the sensitivity analysis method were proved by an example. At last, Vega and VC++ were used to make the result of the evaluation to be dynamic and visible. The main work of this paper is as follows:(1) The developments of MFEW on board, the requirements and status quo of the simulation about evaluation of counterwork efficiency, the applications of visual simulation were briefly introduced.(2) The buildups, functions and counterworkers of MFEW were analyed in detail. The definition of MFEW's counterwork efficiency was described. Then combined with analyses of the efficiency indexes, a principle of the selecting indexes of the MFEW's counterwork efficiency evaluation was proposed.(3) The functional model of PASSIVE DECTOR, ACTIVE JAMMER and ACTIVE DECTOR were studied.(4) The evaluating indexes and methods in common use were introduced. Analyzing and modeling the main abilities of MFEW system. Then the model of the MFEW system's counterwork efficiency was built up.(5) The visual simulation system of MFEW's counterwork efficiency was constructed. The modeling methods in every part of the program and exploitation course were introduced there. At last the emulational results in a given scene were particularized.
