Animation publication is an important part of the publishing industry, comic strips and cartoons, as the main form of traditional Chinese comic had made an infinite scenery. And dissemination and exchange of world culture has played an important role. However, as the late 80s of last century the world's comics industry as a whole transformation. Chinese cartoon movement slow response to the failure to adjust the transition. Made in Japan, the United States and some other countries the rapid rise of new comic invasion of China comics market, the strong impact of this new comic, the Chinese local comics published by the tremendous impact began to decline. Not only do we want to see this objective reasons, but also to objectively look at their own reasons.
