TD-SCDMA (Time Division Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access) is a communication standard developed by Chinese government, and it has become an intellectual property in the physics layer. Nowadays TD-SCDMA testing nets have been set in several big cities, and it shows that TD-SCDMA has obvious advantages. But there are some problems during the testing of the TD-SCDMA, such as interference in different mode systems, gap interference, and so on. Some of the above problems have been solved, such as interference in different address. But to solve the others, especially those for Personal Handyphone System (PHS) system problem of coexistence, we need to use different ways according to the actual situation in net planning and optimization. No matter which kind of mode system it is, interference does exist, but the types of the interferences are distinct.There are cross gap interference, frequency planning, the interference caused by diverse type of net and from transmit delay, the interference outside of TD-SCDMA system, the interference from PHS and TD-SCDMAs'coexistence and the interference inside two TD-SCDMA system in present TD network. There are good solutions for most situations in present network. But the same frequency interference is the exception in the system. We present the TD-SCDMA Flexible Frequency Reuse (TFFR) for the situation and problem of frequency interference in TD-SCDMA network. TFFR's main function is to effectively reduce the frequency interference of near area, improve the connect rate, interrupt rate, switch rate, user's Quality of Service(QoS) and service quality in high net load. TFFR is presented under N point framework and limited load wave. At the same time the new concept of all cover load wave and half cover load wave appeared. The all cover load wave means mail load wave continuingly covered the whole network. The half cover load wave means the rest load wave shrinks and not to continuingly covered the network. Through RRM in network, TFFR adjust the action of terminal load wave to set up other frequence in near common area. Which could ensure UE(User equipment) switch the frequence to eliminate hidden trouble of same frequence switch so that reduce the same frequency interference largely.The thesis mainly research the performance test of TFFR and aim at its trait to made a plan to test the design for same frequency interference situation in TD-SCDMA system. The test carries through in Zhengzhou TD-SCDMA commercial network and the net environment configuration accord with present network. The test environment is typical dense city and the test route come down to 7 stop, 11 area's cover and affect 18 near area. The test take two frequency configuration plan. They are different frequency of main and auxiliary,auxiliary carrier with the frequency of adjacent areas,near the turn with the frequency of primary and secondary. Four real loading condition are far point uniform load,far point intensive load,midpoint of the uniform load and midpoint of the intensive load. The testing way is that the testing car will drive in one direstion,return this where is the beginning for a lap.We will sum up the QoS and rate of losting the signal.We will show the influency of same frequency to net performance through the two frequency and four load conditions.When open the switch of TFFR,we will also show the impression of same frequency.
