| Internet has brought convenience to people's life, however it also led to a lot of newly infringing products. How to protect the legitimate rights and interests of owners becomes a new problem. For Internet service providers, it is necessary to protect intellectual property rights. Depending solely on the way of manpower to deal with complaints is unpractical, because there are a mass of information needing to be processed in an Internet e-commerce websites every day. Thus an efficient and comprehensive system to deal with operational affairs is needed to manage the protection issues of intellectual property.Based on the author job in an e-commerce company, this thesis focuses on how to design intellectual property protection system. First of all, I analyze intellectual property protection systems, describe the development of dealing with intellectual property protection system, and analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the system; Secondly, comparing with the same kind of infringement complaint system, also analyzing the similarities and differences, learning from the peer experience, the author proposes the design direction of Intellectual Property Protection System. Next, this paper analyzes and explains the system of each functional module architecture design. Finally, the author shows in the results of Intellectual Property Protection System, and presents the main features, summarizes and prospects the whole project.As for the future work, we still need to continue to improve the system, by studying and analyzing the Intellectual Property Protection System again, and to compare with the current demands of the customer experience, both domestic and international environments. The system should be directed towards the future development of professional, territorial, and compatibility. By docking with other complaint system, supplier and customer service's CRM, the system will be a newly platform, which is easy to use, conducive to statistics, and share among data. |
