This paper set up the mathematic model and simulation model of hydraulic power transmission system by the control theory and control theory of hydraulic power transmission. The paper gives a proper and reasonable control algorithm of the system according to different working condition. The study is based on the project of LanZhou power Station & Vehicle institute, which has been approved by ministry of science and technology.Firstly, the paper studies the power takeoff scheme and control tactics of hydraulic power transmission system, and make sure the scheme and tactics at last. Secondly, the paper establishes a mathematics model of pump-control-motor speed regulation system based on volume and make a simulation model by MATLAB/Simulink,which helps to analyse the system's stability in time domain and frequency domain. Finally, the paper studies different control algorithms on walking condition and lay-up condition in line with the change of pump's importing speed and the load of generating system's different working condition. Especially, it studies PID algorithm about the system based on the theory of stability boundary, NCD-tuning PID as well as integral-action-separation PID, when the motor is layying up; it also studies the feedforward compensation control algorithm based on the control of fuzzy self-tuning PID's parameters and the turbulence of the pump importing speed. Following above, the paper do some simulation tests by Simulink, according to GJB235-97.From the conclusion of simulation tests, the hydraulic transmission generating system can be controlled better when the motor is laying up, if integral-action-separation PID is adopted. It can meet completely the indexes of the military mobile power stationâ…˘by GJB235-97; It can improve the output of the system when the turbulence of the pump's importing speed and the load is accompanying by a large extent, if the fuzzy self-tuning algorithm based on feedforward compensation is adopted, also meets the indexes. |
