Heavy-duty hydraulic press is related to national security, economic development, strategic and basic equipment. Our existing heavy-duty hydraulic machines have a low degree of automation with unperfect functions. 3150kN forging hydraulic press is the testing machine used for experimental purposes for the design of heavy forging hydraulic press.First of all, in the thesis, the current status and development tendency of forge press in domestic and abroad are investigated. The work principle of 3150kN forging hydraulic press and its hydraulic system are studied and developed. The software and hardware architecture of the control system, as well as their design program, are identified, based on the requirements of process control of the hydraulic system. The industrial control computer works for monitoring and management of the entire system. SIMATIC S7-300 PLC is selected as controller for completing the automatic control of the hydraulic press by the PLC control and computer control technology.This thesis focuses on the design of the software and hardware control system of the hydraulic synchronization system. And a fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller is designed, due to the problem, that the hydraulic synchronization system with complex high-order non-linear, is difficult to establish a precise mathematical model. On this basis of the PID control function in SIMATIC PLC, it is increased in of the fuzzy control algorithm, which can realize the fuzzy conversion of input, the query of fuzzy control table and the the anti-fuzzy of output for regulation of PID control parameters. By the use of structured programming methods, the hydraulic press control system of the PLC program is completed with taking into account the software code reusability and readability.The experimental results show that this algorithm is simple and easy to achieve, and can get a good control effect. Finally, this paper makes some conclusions, and presents some issues for future research.
