Cement enterprise integrated information system was discussed and studied amply in this paper. Based on the domestic large real-time/historical database and relational database we established a uniform data processing platform.We focused on cement integrated information system architecture, proposed an effective method of data integration and data applications in monitoring and control system, and solved the increasingly serious problem of information isolated island. We could integrate and share the data of cement production safety monitoring, production scheduling, and corporate management in the enterprise LAN,truly realized enterprise information integration,make the most of enterprise existing network resources, management departments at all levels could grasp the situation in real time, realized effective management of the enterprise.The main contents of this paper are:We analyzed the cement integrated information system demand and structure design, and then we introduced the main function modules.Combined with the characteristics of cement production we analyzed a three-tier structure of cement enterprise information system, that is user interaction layer, functions service layer and data processing layers, this structure is more consistent with the structure of modern enterprise production management "flat" thinking. Through analysis of requirements on the database of cement integrated information system. We constructed data access platform that based on real-time database and relational database, and then studied the specific application of the data access platform.In this paper we analyzed the real-time supervisory data refresh technology; and analyzed a kind of Web application solution which applied Ajax technology in system frame. This method effectively solved the problem of network data synchronization refresh;Combined with component design thought, we designed trend analysis and fault diagnosis module in the Visual C++.NET development environment, this two module implemented remote network diagnostic function; The report system, which was designed by modular design thought, could reorganize the module according to the requirements of different departments. Using this method can it reduce the difficulty of the secondary development, so that each function module can be shared by multiple systems to avoid duplication of development.The self-developed integrated information system has been successfully applied in ShanDong DongHua cement Co.Ltd.
