With the great progress of computer technology and control theory, by combining advanced control technology and net technology with embedded computer technology, rapid prototype development of control system and net control have been seamless integrated through IP net(ethernet/wire network/internet)connecting technology which represents the direction of the development of future control theory research and control system application.Net control platform based on ARM+FPGA embedded system has been designed by using the embedded technology, net technology, motion control technology and FPGA technology sufficiently. Through the reasoning of network and platform structure, software and hardware on platform as well as application, we assured net control embedded system for realizing.Design and realize of embedded net control platform has been the key work in my project. the net architecture of C/S model has been adopted. The hardware and software of the platform have been developed base on ARM+FPGA. After the embedded net control platform has been constructed successfully. Based on the platform, the remote A/D data acquisition system has been developed to realize A/D data acquisition and monitoring from 6 channels. The remote serial port net control system has been developed to control the inverter remotely. The reconfigurable motion control system based on net has been developed to satisfy different control functions by reconfigure its resource and control algorithm dynamically. The DSP data high speed transmission system based on net has been developed to achieve the synchronous serial data acquisition high-speed by make full use of FPGA's strong parallel processing capability. the client friendly GUI has been developed in VC++6.0 to realize the display and the feed back of controlled object monitoring data well.Finally, we used IEEE 1588 precise clock synchronization for reference, and a simple clock synchronization has been designed. In the application layer, clock synchronization in milliseconds has been realized which validated the synchronization performance of the system.The system has provided a soft & hard support for multiaxial synchronization motion control based on embedded net.
