Xinjiang TV after 38 years of development, the leaders at all levels, in care of the support of all circles, adhere to the correct orientation of public opinion, practical, innovative and enterprising, each work all made great progress.As the mainstream media, xinjiang in xinjiang TV station innovative forms and contents, spreading advanced culture, the frontier for economic development and social stability to create a good atmosphere in internal and external publicity, plays an important role in all aspects. However, due to the economic development of xinjiang is still in the process of xinjiang TV industry development, the relatively slow, xinjiang TV news channel (kazakh language integrated XJTV - 3) and the kazakh language variety channel (XJTV - 8) development is relatively slow.Currently, the kazakh language of xinjiang TV system of self-governance columns, therefore study yet, I think this thesis is to xinjiang TV permits kazakh language in the research field of the column for the xinjiang minority nationality, the development of undertakings of TV provides theoretical basis and the reference value. Paper is divided into five parts, the first part, mainly introduced the situation of TV, The second part, the introduction of xinjiang TV channel and self-managing column kazakh language; The third part of hiring, service, sports, service, artsy permits kazakh language all aspects of columns to analyze, The fourth part, analyzed the kazakh language features and functions of self-governance columns.
