With the development of industrial process,the object models of the industrial process has attract more and more attention.the traditonal control method-PID is not adaptive to the modern process,as the controlled object usually contains time delays and uncertainty,so many researcher has used the apc and Intelligent Control in industry. The IMC Has been widely used in the modern procees as its simple form and better control effect. This method has good application effect on increasing economic efficiency,reducing energy consumption and operating on the card edge.Firstly,the paper has studied about the traditonal IMC and decoupling control. Analysising the theory of decoupling and how to realize the decoupling on physics. Made a decoupling method on analysising of steady-state and error. Design the imc-controller based on the decoupling method is achieving a decoupling and inheriting the advantages of IMC. The method is simple. Simulation results show the effectiveness of this method. Then made the pso-powell method on identification based on studying about the identifion methods,such as nlj,ls,pso and so on,which can improve the iterative precison,enhance the robustness of identification parameters,avoid falling into the local optimum.identification the nonliear systems and 3 stirred tank using this method,reach the good effective.designing the controller based on the identification model achieved good control performance and control precision.Thirdly this paper uses the pso-poweel approach obtain the accurate model based on imc theory to identification pin the conventional identification method cannot obtain the accurate model parameters on the circumstances such as the initial non-steady state, final value of non-steady state,the respnse is not adequate,existing noise and disturburbances. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the method.Last, using the pso-powell method in the parameters optimizationand tuning project in Yangtze,Nanhua,Yanshan,which improving the rate of self-control devices,achieving energy saving and emission reduction,reducing the labor intensity of the workers, receiving good economic and social benefits.
