In recent years, China's high-speed rail and intercity rail have get rapid development. Train speed has reached 350km/h, if the driver still rely on sight to find out the foreign body, it will not brake in time to take measures, and cause a major traffic accident. As the foreign invasion has feature of the occurrence of sudden, erratic and unpredictable, France, Germany, Italy and Japan have developed high-speed railway using advanced technology to monitor foreign invasion incident, the train can be alarmed before arriving at the place of invading and ensure the safety of train operation.Foreign invasion monitoring system is one of the important subsystem of railway safety monitoring system, mainly used for monitoring high-speed rail at the road across the railway bridge, highway and railway parallel section and tunnel. Based on the analysis and comparison of domestic and foreign existing foreign invasion monitoring approach,this article designed a more accurate and reliable monitoring system, the main work are summarized as follows:Base on the analysis of the dual power network sensor,this article proposes a new installing method of network sensor, which can raise the reliability of monitoring equipment. And design the structure of controller next to the rail,which is designed to connect the dual power network sensor. The dual power network sensor and controller next to the rail constitute a foreign invasion on-site monitoring devices, used for sensing the incident invasion and logic judgement.Monitoring unit equipment installed in the vicinity of GSM-R base stations, the monitoring unit including monitoring function module, host module, train controlling module and diagnostic switch module, used for data communication, fault diagnosis and train controlling. This article introduces the structure and composition of the monitoring unit modules in detail, and has a preliminary discussion on hot standby and fault diagnosis. In the software design part of the monitoring unit,the system migration and software design are introduced.On the remote data processing center,the composition of its equipment and software are introduced. Application server is installed with communication program and monitoring management software, used for communicating with monitoring unit.Communication program on the one hand receives the monitoring data,has data analysis and storage, on the other hand controls management software to receive commands to send to the scene units. Monitoring management software is a interface with B/S structure, the site shows data from scene, while able to send controlling commands.This article designs a foreign invasion monitoring system, according to invasion state it can issue alarm and parking.It also can immediately grasp the layout state and fault state of the individual monitoring along high-speed rail. Improve the accuracy and reliability of system,and improve the level of information construction of the railway. Provide statistical data and scheduling basis for dispatch center,and provide maintenance information for the maintenance terminal.
