In recent years, road construction has made significant progress, in the use of ground overpass and underground tunnel design patterns to create three-dimensional transportation network has become the various urban transportation construction and development of new trends. Among these, tunnel construction and development was particularly rapid, whether urban tunnel or highway tunnel, tunnel construction has already overcome many environmental and terrain impact. However, in order to improve road traffic safety in tunnels and enhance the tunnel incidents of processing power, tunnel monitoring and management also requires attention. A perfect road tunnel should have a high degree of integration, automation, intelligent monitoring system, to ensure efficient and safe operation of the tunnel.This thesis involved in the design and implementation of Wuhan City, Zhongshan Road Tunnel Monitoring System Case Study, discussed the current domestic mainstream road tunnel monitoring system design patterns, analysis of the tunnel monitoring systems integration approach, pointed out the tunnel control system integrated focus on industrial control system integration,but for integration of information among heterogeneous systems are not standardized. In view of this situation, this paper through the configuration software and OPC technology integration designed road tunnel monitoring system integration platform, thus the road tunnel monitoring system provide a feasible basis in universal integration, intelligent decision-making and scientific management. This article analyzes the integrated platform two-stage integration functions and responsibilities, and how the connection between the two integrated.Based on one-stage integration of configuration software, this paper described the development of background and configuration software features, given an example for Kingview software in Wuhan City, Zhongshan Road Tunnel Monitoring System, analysis of industrial control equipment through PLC and CAN Bus in the field device level integrated control, given the communication between lower machine PLC and Kingview software system, Kingview and database access methods. Finally a detailed description how to use Kinview software in traffic detection, traffic control, lighting control and fan control subsystem integration, to achieve the kind of industrial control system integration.Based on another integration of OPC technology, this paper described the OPC technology's development background and content of OPC specifications, detailed analysis of which use the most extensive of the OPC DA specification architecture and data access method. Through the use of Turing's OPC client development toolkit explains OPC client development methods, and finally, Kingview OPC server and OPC client connectivity test verified the feasibility of two-stage integration method.
