The research platform in this paper is QSP-2 surface Mounting Machine. Based on the original equipment and the developed master program, the machine vision system by image processing is developed. This machine vision system includes collection, transmission and analysis. The specific work of this paper focused on: 1) designing the position system of mount head; 2) detecting and correcting the angle offset of SMD component.The position system of mount head can determine the location deviation by the PCB board and the standard position. After many experiments, this research can be divided into five steps: 1) median filter; 2) global fixed threshold;3) Roberts edge detection; 4) template matching; 5) coordinate transformation.Another important task is to detect and correct the angle offset of SMD component. This system includes four steps: 1) median filter; 2) adaptive threshold;3) Roberts edge detection; 4) least squares fitting. At last, the angle offset of SMD component can be obtained from the slope of the linear. |
