The Industry 4.0 and the "Internet plus" age has accelerated industrial transformation and upgrading of the electronic automation, there is no doubt that there were lots of opportunity appeared for SMT equipment market.Electronic automation equipment can maximize reduce costly labor costs at the same time improve the intelligence level of automation.Reinforcing Mounter is important and difficult in surface mount equipment,it is important to accelerate the development of high-quality reinforce machine. This paper aims to study machine vision systems knowledge,in reinforcement system.the main work is as follows:Firstly, this paper introduced the background and significance of this project, a detailed study made in the situation of domestic and foreign development stage.Then analyzed the trends and prospects for the development of domestic and foreign surface mount devices.Secondly, in order to solve the problem of the base mark point's recognizing,this paper proposed a mark point recognization method with least squares fitting circle based on Sobel operator by comparing the experiments of several edge operator.In order to solve the problem of recognizing the SUS mount components,a method named the template matching algorithm based on the shape of the template.It could calculate the element of the coordinate position and the rotation angle.Those two methods all can meet the requirements of practical application in terms of aging and accuracy proved by experiments.Thirdly, the orthogonal experiment was used to find out what image parameter is the most influenced on precision of reinforcement system.In order to reduce the error in adjusting image parameters, it presented an image sharpness parameter optimization method based on image sharpness evaluation.The experimental results show that the accuracy and timeliness of this method can meet the requirements of the system.Fourthly,in order to improve the efficiency of artificial teach mode programming methods int traditional mount machine.It proposed a programming method based DXF file parsing, through several test to demonstrate its feasibility,and the feasibility of the method is verified by experiments..Finally,this paper has described the system software's framework.All the abovevision-related research and technological achievements applied to FPC reinforce machine named ST300 F.Analyzing the property of mount system by several experiments.
