TV sports programs are broadcast through the television screen live sports events, news reports and sports-related comments, showing the spread of activities, sports content. TV sports programs as a program form, because the continuous rapid development of modern economy and the tangle of too many features of the times and have great academic value. Today China's TV sports programs are also at an important stage of development and exploration, whether the media or the audience on television sports programs all have very high expectations and demands. Chinese TV sports programs while also facing growing competition in all aspects of pressure, while the dissemination of ideas, policies, systems and management models, etc. There is also a lot of problems. In this paper, a study of television sports programs, sports programs from the perspective of innovation, in order to find more effective ways to solve the China problem in television sports, while the development of China's TV sports programs to provide some valuable reference.This article is divided into five parts. The first part of the specific statements of the general situation of China's TV sports programming, including television sports program origin and definition, the origin of Chinese television and sports programming to analyze the situation and explore the relationship between television and sports development, laying the groundwork for the following study. The second part of the Chinese TV sports programs to analyze the innovation process of synthesis, the main types of programs is the development of television technology innovation and improve programs in areas such as functional analysis. This section focuses on the development of China's TV sports history and the general sort, clear context of China's TV sports programming innovations. The third part of the paper summarizes the current Chinese television sports programs and issues, such as program production level is not high, so the lack of host quality. Chinese TV sports programs reveal the significance of innovation. The fourth part, and from a market point of view of the social function of television sports programs such as the innovative principles. Further study of this paper lay a solid foundation, and provide theoretical support. Part V: TV sports programs from the current problems, analyzing the reasons for this phenomenon, from the program forms, program content, and sports channels such as business and hosts a TV sports show specific ways and means of innovation.
