In the field bus control system, because of its low cost, environmentally friendly development and the inherent multi-master communication mechanism, CAN bus has been developing rapidly. But with the network scale and applications continues to expand, which pose serious challenges to real-time of CAN-bus system.Papers with CAN-bus real-time performance issues as the research object, based on the Systematic analysis of the characteristics of the CAN bus protocol and noted that the main limitations of CAN bus, analyzes theoretically real-time problem of the CAN bus network communication. And according to the data link layer features, proposing priority-based CAN application layer protocol ,uCAN promotion agreement which suits for non-periodic message-driven CAN network. Giveing the software code based on uCAN detailed agreement to address how to parse and manage the CAN message in the uCAN network based on the size of real-time deadline time unit. At last, I design and develop the uCAN network test platform, through the experimental image to display the information characteristics of the collision intense uCAN network.This paper put forward a specific solution in the non-CAN packet-oriented network and hopes to make a certain contribution to expand the application field of CAN-bus.
