| Enterprise archival information is the original record of the enterprise production technology, the research and the management. Its fundamental value is reference , certificate and historical research, but the author thinks, its value isn't just limited to this, We may excavate the potential value and provide the enterprise archival information value-added service to serve enterprise's goal that get the maximize profits. The author proposed the content, the principle and the composition factor of the value-added of enterprise archival information by studying the basic theory of information value–added service and analyzing its own characteristics of the enterprise archival information. On this basis, the paper proposes the mode, and the measures of realization of enterprise files information value–added service.
