Advances in technology will inevitably bring about the rapid development of electronic technology. Then the electronic components in car will continue to increase, leading to the internal body controlling harness complexity, especially in the high-end cars is much clearer. The traditional vehicle wiring can not meet various problems which were brought by the increasing electronic control units. Not only simplifying the traditional point to point connect control and reducing the wiring harness, but also avoiding a lot of shortcomings which result from functions increasing of motor vehicles such as wiring harness complexity and wiring difficulty .So a kind of international standard field bus-CAN bus came into being. At present, CAN bus technology has been widely used in automotive industry of foreign developped countries. Because of its unique advantages, CAN has replaced the traditional routing control. This article describes the car windows control system based on CAN-bus following CAN2.0B protocol. The paper focus on how to design and produce PCB test board, and complete the hardware design by using micro-controller STC89C52,CAN-controller SJA1000,CAN-drive82c250,and high-speed optocoupler 6N137.At the same times,we use uVision3 IDE as developing tool which was designed by Keil company.Written control procedures using C51, debugged, compiled, using a dedicated microcontroller programmer software to write the procedure into the PCB test board, completing simulative experiment of the network control. Finally, mading a summary of the thesis .Pointing out the innovation, as well as shortcomings, lefting a number of suggestions and comments.
