Resonance is a Physics concept. However, the formation of resonance phenomenon has much in common with the dissemination of news and information to achieve maximum effect. The purpose of information dissemination is to get a certain degree of communication effect, and it is affected by many factors. Under the influence of the same factors, the dissemination of news and information may produce maximum effect. On the contrary, it has no effect. Under this background, the paper animalizes every process of news dissemination with "resonance" concept, and probes the effectiveness of information dissemination from a new perspective to get advantages and avoid disadvantages of information dissemination. That is, it increases vibration effects in the spread of positive news and information, and decreases vibration effects in the negative news and information through the research.There are three sections in this study mainly. The first section explains the concept of resonance effect, and divides news resonance effect into four parts according the whole process of information dissemination, that is, the resonance between news information and news media, the resonance among news media, the resonance between scheduling process, and the resonance between propaganda and audience. In fact, resonance effect of information dissemination is composition of the four forces.The second section analyzes the impacts of news resonance effect, combining with the impact factors of resonance effect. The paper points out mainly four factors, that is, news value, "friction" factor, "drive force "factor and amalgamation of news information itself.The third section, the main part in this paper, explains practical significance of news resonance effect based on two sections above. According to this research, it will enhance the positive effects of positive news so as to increase vibration in information dissemination, and avoid the negative effects of negative news so as to decrease vibration in information dissemination, or guide the negative effect into a positive transformation.The paper argues that news values and news characters are both considered when a piece of news is attended by media. Based on them, we could infer whether it is a piece of positive news or not. If it is positive news, we should reduce friction in the spread of news, select intensity of the external driving force according to the size of news value, increase vibration continuously and finally achieve "resonance effect." On the contrary, if it is negative news, we can, on the one hand, increase the friction and reduce the external driving force to decrease vibration of news dissemination; on the other hand, the negative news can be guided and reported positively so to change the character of original news. Finally, it not only avoids the negative effects, but also achieves a positive effect of resonance.
