In recent years, the MTR grows rapidly in China, the safe operation of the MTR has been attached great importance to all walks of life. At the same time, the demand for drivers has increased rapidly. The subway drivers'occupational aptitude level will direct affect whether the train can operate normally. Therefore, in order to meet the safe operation and a large demand, the research on occupational aptitude of subway drivers is very necessary. Through occupational aptitude tests, selecting more appropriate subway drivers, can increase the degree of matching people and jobs, and provide personnel protection to improve the safety of subway operation, also can save training time to meet the intense demand.The research object of this paper is subway drivers. Firstly, start job analysis on the subway drivers, specifically through a comprehensive study of meta-analysis, analytic hierarchy process and threshold trais analsis, to research occupational aptitude structure of subway drivers(namely, which specific capacity is required to become a subway driver). Then, based on theory and method of psychological scale, research and workout of the corresponding tests, determine the test methods and approaches, specific topics, deadlines, rules and test scoring guide language and other content. Nextly, applying computer technology, take part in to develop experiment system, including system requirements analysis, overall system architecture, management system pages and database design and implementation of the system, to achieve occupational aptitude test and management functions. Finally, through a representative sample test, the test has been verified and corrected.In China, there are no research on theory and test of occupational aptitude of subway drivers currently. This article is based on a actual project of Beijing subway operating company, therefore, the thesis study and results of this paper will provide important theoretical basis and application tools for recruitment, training, appraisal and other management work about drivers.
