Atmospheric laser communication refers to a technology which uses laser beam as a carrier to transfer languages, data, images and other information bi-directional in the space. At the same time,it is a comprehensive technology which covers a variety of fields, including source coding techniques, channel coding technology,balanced technology and so on.Communication coding is an important part of the communication system, including source coding, channel coding and balanced technology. Source coding technology transfers the signal to the form suitable for processing and transmission. Channel coding technique increases the error-correcting capabilities.So that error will be corrected if happens.Channel influences the transmission of the signal.Therefore, in-depth study of channel characteristics are conducive to the improvement of communication or detection range. Communication systems involves a large number of algorithms. To study the algorithm will help to improve communication system performance.The main work of this topic is to simulate software platform of Atmospheric laser communication, integrated simulating atmospheric laser communication systems. Development environment is VC++ platform, using the MFC to build human-computer interaction interface.UML is selected as the modeling tools for object-oriented analysis and design. Part of the function modules uses Matlab to develop and produce dynamic-link library for the VC to use, thus completing the simulation system development. Software consists of five major functional modules:syetem simulation module, channel simulation module, algorithm analysis module,measuring module and MIMO system module.It completes simulation respectively from the communication code, channel and algorithms.And the measured data is shown which makes us understand intuitively of atmospheric laser communication systems.
