Research On The History Of Art Broadcasting In Gansu People Radio

According to different development situations the art and broadcasting represent in different periods, art broadcasting system of Gansu Province People Radio Station can be divided to three phases with reference to its evolution.The first phase stretched from the establishment of new China to right before the start of Culture Revolution totaling 17 years, during which the art broadcasting system of Gansu People Radio Station got started. Owing to the big entry of nonlocal art and talents, the art broadcasting system of Gansu leaped forward from higher level and at higher speed leading to brand new prosperity in its history while this cause determined the fate of "revelry by outside persons and their arts" in which local intellectuals were not enough and local art was immersed into outside arts but this fact did not arise sufficient attention.The second phase was the ten years Cultural Revolution in which "One voice prevailing the whole of the country" effect was achieved even in backward rural Gansu owing to the far-reaching of broadcasting feeler to every corner of China after the unprecedented "Big Leap Movement". But in this period, the art contents was severely contracted largely out of proportion with the expansion of the broadcasting scale and the art broadcasting system was preordained to suffer the lag. Meanwhile, this period is a ten yeas'talents cultivation process when energy accumulated and explodes after the Culture Revolution.The third period was between China's open-up reforms to the metaphase of 1990's. In this period the local talents pullulated with certain culture-consciousness and conscientiousness, diving into the digging up, studying and promoting actions, during which the radio predominating with its audience base and the scale set before. Local talents and native art joined with powerful media having accomplished the illustrious history of Gansu Art Radio.After 1990's, TV and network media sprang up, and the older generation broadcasting practitioners disappeared gradually, so the radio entered into an inevitable transformation phase.
